Our Neighborhood
Heatherwood Village is located in the northwest area of Harris County, Texas. The subdivision was developed with the preservation of trees and vegetation in mind. The result is a thriving, single-family home subdivision with oak and pine trees towering over fifty feet tall on most properties.

School Districts
Heatherwood Village has two sections, Section 1 and Section 3. Don’t ask why there isn’t a Section 2… we don’t know! Section 1 is zoned to the award winning Cy-Fair Independent School District. Section 3 is zoned to the highly regarded and sought after Tomball Independent School District.

Heatherwood Village's parking lot is located at an access bridge to the Harris County Hike & Bike Trail. The trail runs directly through the subdivision splitting it into our two sections.

The Heatherwood Village swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is lifeguarded. The pool has swim lanes and a deep end with a diving board.
